Image Viewer: licenses and source

The decoder uses ImageMagick, Magick.Native and magick-wasm with independently licensed libraries, including LGPL-covered libde265, GLib, libheif, liblqr and LibRaw. Their notices and complete source are available below. These files are downloaded only when you request them.

Copyright and license terms remain with their respective authors. The software is provided without warranty under those terms. Recipients may modify LGPL components and reverse engineer the combined work to debug those modifications.
