Each slide is rendered as an image page at 150 DPI, using the presentation’s slide size and orientation. Slides stay in their original order.

Text is not selectable and OCR is not added. Animations, transitions, audio and video playback, speaker notes, comments, interactive links, macros, and digital signatures are not preserved or verified.

Convert PowerPoint presentations to PDF

Open or drop a local PPTX, PPTM, POTX, POTM, PPSX, or PPSM file. Wait for conversion, inspect the PDF preview, and download the result. Navigate pages, adjust zoom, or use focus mode to check text, shapes, tables, images, charts, and equations. Each slide becomes one PDF page with the presentation’s slide size and orientation.

Appearance and compatibility

All slides are exported in their original order, including hidden slides. Review the entire preview before sharing the PDF. Speaker notes and review comments are not included.

The PDF contains image pages rendered at 150 DPI, with a white background. Text is not selectable or searchable, and OCR is not added. Available fonts and supported graphics determine the result; font appearance, effects, and complex objects may differ from PowerPoint. Compare the preview with the original before relying on the export.

Slides are exported as static images. Animations, transitions, audio and video playback, and interactive links are not preserved. Available media poster images may appear, but playable media is not embedded. Macros are never executed, external data is not updated, and digital signatures are not preserved or verified. Password-protected files, missing document resources, and detected unsupported content stop conversion without a partial PDF download. Complex presentations may require export from their original Office application.

Local processing

Files stay in this browser. The converter does not fetch remote document resources or fonts. Replacing, canceling, or closing the file removes the previous result and releases its processing resources. There is no fixed file-size or slide-count quota; archive, image, canvas, and browser memory budgets still apply.

To inspect the original file, open the PPTX Viewer. For editable text and speaker notes, use the PPTX to Markdown Converter.
